Offline field-service forms for Service Groep
The engineers of Service Groep (Heas & Doedens) install and replace washing machines, dryers, hobs and cooker hoods. Every job ends with a checklist. This app gives them a form system of their own, built around how they work.
Office staff build the forms. Engineers fill them in on their phone, with or without signal. When they finish, a PDF report goes straight onto the service order in the company ERP.

A form builder with a live preview
Admins add section headers, text, numbers, choices, dates, photos, signatures and QR fields, and see the result on a phone preview as they type. Submissions can be filtered and exported to Excel.
Offline in the field
The field app is an installable PWA. Forms are cached in IndexedDB and submissions queue locally until there is a connection again. Scanning the QR sticker on an appliance picks the right form and fills in the asset and serial number.
The backend started as plain PHP and moved to Spring Boot, compiled to a GraalVM native image. Integration tests run the real ERP client against a mock server, so tests never touch production data.
