The assignment
“Beslag op rekening en inkomen” tries to collect outstanding amounts before a case goes to a bailiff, which keeps the collection costs for citizens as low as possible. It can attach both bank balances and income.
A key part is calculating the legal protected income (beslagvrije voet), so the agency never collects more than the law allows. I worked on both the Angular frontend and the Java backend.
