The assignment
KPN sells fibre broadband to consumers. Customers, orders and the product range live in the Siebel CRM system, used mostly by the helpdesk and the operations department.
I was responsible for every change to the application: writing the functional design, handing it over to the outsourcing partner in India, supporting the test team and functional management. Five releases went into production, including a new product model, complex migrations, interfaces with external systems and changes to the user interface.
